New Members – Mandatory CrossFit Basic Sessions
Before joining our group sessions, all new members must complete the CrossFit Basics program consisting of three 45-minute private sessions with our certified CrossFit trainer. The purpose of these sessions is to teach you the proper posture and technique for all CrossFit movements. After completing the CrossFit Basics program, you will be ready to join our regular group classes and sign up for one of our membership options.
Yoga Classes
L’Usine Gatineau is happy to offer Yoga classes! You do not need to be a member of our CrossFit program to enjoy the Yoga classes. They are for everyone; so come on in and try out a class today!
