New Members – Mandatory CrossFit Intro Sessions
Before joining our group sessions, all new members must complete the CrossFit Intro program consisting of three 45-minute private sessions with our certified CrossFit trainer. The purpose of these sessions is to teach you the proper posture and technique for all CrossFit movements. After completing the CrossFit Intro program, you will be ready to join our regular group classes and sign up for one of our membership options.
