Do all 3 workouts back to back … to back. Your time is scored for each workout, but the time never stops. So when your done one workout, move on to the next one as fast as you can.

Clean & Jerk (115 / 65)

Workout 3
Shuttle sprints in parking lot.
guys move 20 # med balls, girls move 15 # med balls
